Breed restrictions include, but are not limited to Akita, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Great Dane, Malamute, Korean Jindo, Presa Canario, Husky, and Wolf Hybrid. Any mixes of these breeds are also prohibited. No exotic pets allowed.
Maximum of 2 pets allowed per home.
Monthly pet rent of $50 will be charged.
Pet fee of $600 will be required.
Maximum adult weight is 75 pounds.
